What subjects do you tutor?
I provide tutoring in English as a Second Language (ESL) and business related subjects including:

Do you offer classes for adults and children?
Yes! I offer classes for adults and children ages 7-18.
What sessions are available for adults?
For adults, I offer Conversational English, Business English, English Bible Study sessions, Technical Writing, and Public Speaking.
What classes are available for children?
For children (ages 7- 18), I offer Conversational English and English Bible Study sessions.
How long is each session?
I offer 60-minute and 90-minute individual sessions depending on the student's learning goals. I also offer 75 minute group (3-4 students) sessions.
Can I cancel or reschedule sessions?
Yes! We are all human, so I understand that schedules change. I ask for 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. With 24-hour notice, you can reschedule your session for that week or later in the month. You can also receive a full refund if you wish to cancel the session.
If you give less than 24-hour notice, then you will receive a 50% refund for the session. If you do not give notice or are 15-minutes late to the session, you will be charged 100% for the session.

Do you offer discounts?
Yes! There are three different kinds of discounts available.
First, you can get a discount by buying sessions in a package which is more cost-effective than buying individual sessions.
Second, there is a group session discount. The group sessions are for 3-4 people who will be in a one 75-minute session. The group sessions are more cost-effective than 1-on-1 sessions. Each group session is bought individually.
Third, there is a referral discount. For every person you refer to me, you and that person will receive a $20 discount off the next session. The referred person needs to book a session for the referral discount to activate.
Is there a contract?
No, there are no long-term contracts. You can book sessions as needed.
